Partnerships for Fragile X Syndrome
FRAXA Research Foundation
With the goal of finding a cure for Fragile X, FRAXA is a major contributor to the funding of biomedical research collaborating in these efforts. Equipped with an accomplished scientific advisory board, FRAXA aids in research endeavors first-hand by running scientific meetings, advising pharmaceutical companies, and providing education on college campuses, community settings, and international conferences. Outside of research, FRAXA also provides a support and resources for families.
National Fragile X Foundation
The National Fragile X Foundation is aims to provide advocacy, education, research, and treatment for individuals with Fragile X. These goals are accomplished through a focus on community, where they engage in a vast number of educative and fundraising events, conferences, support and networking services, and research endeavors such as repository hosting and consortia promotion.
