Randall Carpenter, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Rett Syndrome Research Trust

Dr. Carpenter’s career experience includes providing primary care to underserved populations, performing clinical and basic science research, and leadership positions in academic medicine, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies.

Sandra Fenwick

Sandra L. Fenwick
Former President and CEO of Boston Children’s Hospital

Sandra Fenwick joined Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) in 1999 as a senior vice president and rose to be Chief Executive Officer in 2013. She retired in March 2021. As CEO, Ms. Fenwick led the nation’s foremost independent pediatric hospital and the world’s leading center of pediatric medical and health research. She currently serves on numerous boards, including The Risk Management Foundation of Harvard Medical Institutions, and Harvard’s Wyss Institute for Biologically-inspired Engineering among others.

Susan Hockfield

Susan Hockfield, PhD
Professor of Neuroscience and President Emerita, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

From December 2004 through June 2012, Dr. Hockfield served as the sixteenth president of MIT, where she continues to hold a faculty appointment as professor of neuroscience and as a member of the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research.

Harvey Lodish

Harvey Lodish, PhD
Founding Member, Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research; Professor of Biology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Professor of Biological Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

From 1968-2019, the Lodish Lab at the Whitehead Institute focused on important areas at the interface between molecular cell biology and medicine.
