About Us
Support the RSZ TNC
Your support will make a difference.
The Rosamund Stone Zander Translational Neuroscience Center (RSZ TNC) at Boston Children’s Hospital engages physicians and researchers from multiple disciplines in finding new treatments, and accelerating research into the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric brain disorders.
Your gift will help us develop and test new ideas in the laboratory and the clinic, train future physician-scientists focused on the developing nervous system and its disorders, and share new multi-disciplinary care and research models with our colleagues everywhere.
You may direct your gift to the RSZ TNC to research in particular disease areas, or to specific programs including:
- Fellowships to train physician-scientists in translational neuroscience
- Human Neuron Differentiation Service — will create human neurons from stem cells derived from patients and healthy controls to test new drugs for neurodevelopmental disorders
- Clinical Research Operations — will create new and improved behavioral assessments and scales to characterize neurodevelopmental disorders and measure drug efficacy in clinical trials
- Pilot Projects in Translational Neuroscience — will convert basic scientific discoveries into novel therapeutic approaches to brain disorders
For information about giving to the RSZ TNC, please contact Melanie Torosyan by email or call her at 617-355-5338.
We are very grateful for your help in improving the lives of children with brain disorders worldwide.
